How can I get more involved in Church Life?
Being part of a church community is the same as being part of any other community and getting involved will enable you get the most out of church life and also deepen your own relationship with God and other members of the church community
There are many ways that you can become more involved at Holy Trinity and St Matthew. If you're new to the church or feel like you don't know people well enough to get involved yet then a good starting points would be to come along to one of our Sunday services. Following services we offer coffee and a chat which is an informal way to make new connections.
We are also always looking for volunteers to assist at our mid week services that take place at the nursing homes, care home and sheltered accomodation in the Ronkswood area.
As a growing church we want to develop activities that meet the needs of everyone that is part of the church. We also want to give everyone opportunities to play their part either through joining in with existing activities or perhaps starting new ones. We are open to new ideas, so please let us know how you would like to get more involved.
There are many opportunities to share your skills and talents with the church. This could be through helping out during a Sunday service, fundraising, fellowship in the local community and many more.
